in the classy Building 77 in the Brooklyn Navy Yard This building is a gem. The studio is spacious with high ceilings and a wall of windows. Now that winter is in its way, heat is included in the rent . The lobby is beautifully designed with a food court including Russ and Daughters for the best lox and bagels. The security is excellent and the freight elevators are huge. There are many reputable firms of all creative genres I no this very classy building.
