I am subletting my gem of a studio in Bushwick September 17-October 20th, while I am on tour.

The space is very clean, tidy, comfortable, and cute. You have your own bathroom but will share the kitchen with my roommate, who is very friendly.

I am looking for a clean, responsible, steady-income subletter for these dates. The rent includes bills, WiFI, and AC.
No smoking or Drugs.
The apartment is 5 minutes away from the Dekalb stop or the M at Knicherbocker stop.

This space is one room only- it is a small studio and is suitable for a single person, but not big enough for a family.
No pets.
