About This Lister
I am a painter and this space is wonderful for ease of working efficiently.
I will be away on a residency for the summer and I am looking for a similar, fairly-clean (ie. no serious dust making) artist to sublet and enjoy the space.
Ok to share or divide the time.

This is my full time work space, I am the lease holder.
