Sun filled art studio with large windows, located in the West Chelsea Building on 26th street in Manhattan. The studio used to be a photography studio and is divided into one small office that used to house developing equipment and one large space that is the heart of the studio. The office is occupied by me or my husband (depending on childcare and travel). The larger space is what is being offered. White walls, polished concrete floors, wifi, heat and air conditioning is all negotiable.
