Room is furnished with a queen bed, small desk, closet space, large window, and door directly to the backyard (which also has string lights).

Kitchen features gas stove, dishwasher, air fryer, pantry space, bar seating, and prep area, it has everything you might need and if cooking is your thing you probably won't have much competition for it.

Roommates are two creative artists in their early 30s, both guys. Clean, mature, and respectful but also a good time, seeking all the same. We like to hang out and watch movies or go dancing together but also know sometimes you need some solo time. Low drama, we try to communicate and keep things running smoothly. Must be LGBTQ-friendly.
