A bright two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen and a king-size orthopaedic bed in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has a daybed that turns into a double bed. The space is filled with natural light and lush green plants, giving it a calm, inspiring atmosphere and super-good energy. From the apartment you have access to the basement with extra space for storage and your private washer/dryer. There is a free cleaning once per month provided by our landlord. Its a modern building with only 3 units and very nice neighbours. The apartment is perfectly located just minutes from the C (Clinton-Washington Station) and G (Classon Ave) trains, in what’s now Brooklyn’s most exciting culinary neighborhood, surrounded by some of the best cafés, bakeries, and restaurants in New York City.

We’re offering it strictly at our contract price (+ gas/electricity billing based on consumption + wifi) — no markup, no profit — just to cover the lease, for someone who’ll appreciate the space as much as we do.
