The apartment is on the third floor of a walk-up building and is a great home base for the holidays or a longer stay. You're a short walk from the G (Classon or Clinton/Washington) and C (Clinton/Washington) trains, with easy access to the rest of the city.
No pets (building policy).
NOTE: I’ll be moving abroad and will be subletting the apartment for a medium/long-term (3-month minimum) starting in May through late August. Monthly rent would be $3,200, with all utilities included. Feel free to reach out if interested.

To secure this apartment, you'll need to sign a sublet agreement, provide a form of ID, share your LinkedIn profile or professional page, and submit a $500 security deposit (to be returned, after inspection, within two days after checkout).
