We are a family of 4 traveling for the summer, offering up our beloved apartment for sublet. We are located right on the edge of Hamilton Heights and Washington Heights, with gorgeous views of the Hudson River and treetops. Tons of natural light, and super high ceilings. This is an extremely well-maintained and friendly pre-war building where everyone looks out for each other. A package room keeps your deliveries safe. A live-in super helps with any issues and maintenance.

We're on the 4th floor, and there are 2 elevators. The building has a very clean laundry room with plenty of washers, dryers, and space for folding. The building also composts very efficiently.

Apartment Layout:
-Primary Bedroom: King size bed with amazing Room & Borad mattress, ceiling fan.
-Kids' Bedroom: Full-size bed with same amazing Room & Board mattress, can add a crib if desired.
-1 Bathroom: newly renovated, tub with shower
-Kitchen: also renovated, gas stove, full size fridge, microwave etc...
-Living/Dining Room: Sofa, Loveseat, Dining table seats 4, projector, record player and record collection, book collection.

Living Room has A/C, bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Both bedrooms have blackout shades.

Neighborhood:
-4 minutes walk to 1 train and A/C trains
-nearby supermarkets, cafés, restaurants
-adjacent to American Academy of Arts and Letters and Hispanic Society
-Right on Riverside Park, with bike path, tennis courts, etc...

We could do the full time period listed above, however we would prefer to exclude the following 2 weeks: 7/19-7/26, 8/16-8/24. Open to discussion.

NO PETS

We take great pride in our space and take good care of it; we expect that our tenants do the same. We think a professional or small family is most suitable for the space.

About This Lister

We are an architect and literature professor with a spunky 7 year old and a newborn baby. We love to travel on art and architecture "pilgrimages." We are long-term tenants of this apartment and hope to stay for many decades to come.
