We have a beautiful fully furnished apartment on the Upper East Side available to sublet this summer. It's an amazing location, very close to the Q train. The apartment is very comfortable: exposed brick, lots of natural light, no issue with neighbors/noise. The apartment is a fifth floor walk-up. We have flexibility with the dates, beginning as late as July 1 (no August only). Video tour available upon request.

In addition to the rent, internet is $60 per month, and the utilities vary depending on A/C usage.
