We have a beautiful fully furnished apartment on the Upper East Side available to sublet this summer. It's an amazing location, very close to the Q train. The apartment is very comfortable: exposed brick, lots of natural light, no issue with neighbors/noise. The apartment is a fifth floor walk-up. We have flexibility with the dates - a portion of the summer might work, or starting the sublet earlier. Video tour available upon request.

We're both musicians leaving the city for summer gigs. We commute regularly to Lincoln Center.
