I am a Chef and Creative Director and will be away for work in Portland, OR for the summer. I am looking for someone who is clean and respectful to sublet my home—perfect for the Summer/Fall in NYC or anyone looking to enjoy some time in Brooklyn short-term.

I have lived in this apartment for over 14yrs and take very good care of the space and am close with my neighbors and landlord. My landlord is very hands on and friendly. Clean, spacious and creative space with the basics you need while living in one of the nicest parts of Brooklyn. It is very close to Prospect Park (great for runners) and all mass transit.

No smoking or pets please.
