My partner and I are looking to sublease our lovely, spacious 2br Prospect Park South apartment this summer. Availability is June 19th or 20th through around July 25th (or a day or two longer). Will consider a shorter rental within those dates, but preference is for at least 1 month.

One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has a full. Both have desks to work from. Each bedroom and the living room have AC units (updated within the last year). The apartment also has a separate kitchen with dishwasher, shared laundry in the basement, and an elevator — and we are a very short walk to the nearest Prospect Park entrance! We’re also a 3 minute walk from the nearest B/Q stop (30 minutes to Union Square OR Brighton Beach) and across the street from a playground/ the Parade Grounds.

Maybe someone is between leases or has family or friends who would like to visit? Rent is $3,500 for one month including all utilities (gas, electricity, Fios internet) or $4,200 for the full 5 week + a few days period (slight discount from the weekly rate).

We are looking for someone respectful and clean to enjoy our beloved space! (And who doesn't mind watering our plants while we are out of town). No smoking, and no pets.
