My partner and I are looking to sublease our lovely, spacious 2br Prospect Park South apartment for a month or two this summer. Earliest availability would be June 24th and we could do as short as one month or as long as through the end of August. The apartment has shared laundry in the basement, a dishwasher, and an elevator — and we are a very short walk to the nearest Prospect Park entrance! We’re also a 3 minute walk from the nearest B/Q stop (30 minutes to Union Square OR Brighton Beach) and across the street from a playground/ the Parade Grounds.

Maybe someone is between leases or has family or friends who would like to visit? Rent is $3,100 including gas & internet, excluding electricity. (I can give an estimate on electric based on our conservative AC usage last summer).

We are looking for someone respectful and clean to enjoy our beloved space! (And ideally, who doesn't mind watering our plants while we are out of town). No smoking, and no pets -- sorry!
