The apartment is quiet, on a beautiful brownstone, in one of Brooklyn's best neighborhoods.
Prospect Park and Brooklyn Bridge Park would make a great running route if you're a runner.

Rent includes all utilities and high-speed internet.
Lots of restaurants and great Italian delis are just around the corner. Red Hook is 5 minutes walk away.
Transportation: F or G trains are 7 minutes walk. Lower East side is 20 minutes by bike.
