Looking to sublet my studio for 3-4months. It's a beautiful apartment in a well-maintained condominium building with very high ceilings and a great deal of natural light. The apartment complex has a rooftop and lounge space. It's located about a 6-minute walk to the Bedford-Nostrand G and about an 8 minute walk to the Franklin Ave C or Nostrand A. It's an extremely accessible location, surrounded by a great deal of restaurant and bars. Prospect Park and Ft. Greene Park are approximately 1-mile away.

The apartment itself includes:

- A queen-sized bed
- A large dresser and closet space
- An open kitchen, plus a large kitchen table
- A comfortable love seat
- 42" television
- A washer/dryer in unit

Dates are extremely flexible, but looking for a solid 2 - 4 months of rental time. Looking for someone to keep the space clean and water plants.
