Available August 9-August 17 for $1075. (Dates are not flexible, but staying less days is possible--though will favor those who want to stay longer.)
I’m hoping to find a very clean, courteous and responsible someone or couple who will rent my apartment while I’m out of town. It’s a spacious one-bedroom with 1.5 bathrooms, and a newer build with hardwood floors, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and overall great kitchen. No TV, good WiFi. The best parts are my Casper mattress (full size) and beautiful, private backyard garden.
The street/neighborhood can sometimes be noisy (the main bedroom faces the street), and the living room can get dim in the afternoon since it’s a ground floor apartment. Also, I have a dog, just FYI in case you’re allergic.
You’ll be an 8-min walk to the A/C and 15 mins to the 4/5. Lots of bus and Citibike stops nearby. Plenty of grocery stores, bars and restaurants and only a mile from Prospect Park. Crown Heights is a centrally-located neighborhood in BK.

Rent must be paid upfront plus a $725 security deposit to hold the apartment; must provide two references; must sign a contract (ex. no parties, no shoes in the house, no smoking inside, must follow “check out” procedures, etc.). Security will be returned once I am home and check that nothing has been damaged/taken. Money would be exchanged with Venmo.
I can be flexible on showing the apartment in person or on Zoom/FaceTime! And I can give you references, too.
Pets Policy
Well-behaved dogs are allowed. Unfortunately I’m allergic to cats.
