The neighborhood is leafy, and cozy with great bars, restaurants and cafe's close by.
Well connected, 3 blocks from J/Z trains, and close to A/C also.
I work daytime in the city, artsy type.
Ideally looking for someone who's easy going and open to enjoyable cohabiting. Trying this on a short term basis at first, may be open to extend depending how it goes.
No pets, no smokers please.

The room is 16ft x 8ft, comes with Queen bed with storage, and hanging rack. lovely garden and front yard for sitting out in nice weather. Shared bathroom, kitchen, split utilities; elec, gas, internet.
