I am subletting my room in a huge, light-filled Highland Park House for the summer. The house is surrounded on all sides by gardens, with tons of outdoor space and a parking spot. The house has central AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and solar panels! A gardener comes every Monday.

The room itself has wood floors, a walk-in closet, and tons of space inside to work (desk/outlets). It also has a private bathroom, though the shower is shared with one other person (who has their own en suite in their room). And a large collection of books!

The house is very large, with a guest room/office space! It's in a wonderful neighborhood, with tons of stores and restaurants in walking distance (Amara Kitchen, Cookbook, Trader Joe's).

This space is very special to me and I'm looking for someone who will enjoy living there for the summer while also treating it with care <3.

I teach at a college in Orange County, and work as a writer and editor. I've lived in the space two years. My roommates are both incredibly sweet, and there's lots of space in the house to spread out. We live with one cat, Oliver!
