hi!

I'll be on the east coast for work this summer, and subletting my sweet little furnished room. Ideal for anyone new to LA or just visiting, in great and walkable neighborhood. Subletting from Jul.8-31, possibly open longer if needed.

I live with two great women, and two angels (their doggos, one small and one medium), in a bungalow with a decent sized yard PLUS a work/hangout shed for your use/typically one other girl also uses it for work sometimes.

My room is cozy but plenty of space, has a nice breeze and diffused morning light, birds chirping etc it's really pleasant. Lots of closet space.

This is a peaceful home in a peaceful location and would suit anyone exploring LA or working part/full time. We keep a nice flow of friendliness, and respect each others' needs for space, and we keep the home clean and communicate openly. We keep it quiet after 11pm most nights and don't often have people over, but very occasionally!

The room I'm renting would share a bathroom with one other girl (my other housemate has her own ensuite).
