This apartment is one I plan to stay in for a long time, so I am looking for the right person to take care of it and be a respectful neighbor to my neighbors while I am away! No pets permitted. As my building is a mix of young adults and some families with small children, no parties or noisy late nights of any kind permitted. If you could check my plants weekly for watering, would be much appreciated!
