I am looking to sublet my 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with an attached art studio for the month of June. There is a strong possibility that I might also be gone from June—October 1, so if you are looking for a longer sublet of 4 months, please do inquire as well.

The house is lovely, light-filled, and clean, with beautiful views off the tiled deck. Al fresco dining. There is a front and side yard with lemon and fig trees to sit under and harvest from...and a new studio that is perfect for photography, editing or working at desk-related activities. There is also a downstairs library filled with art books that can be an office or a guest room with a bathroom attached. Perfect for a single person or a couple, or a family with one child. This price includes all utilities and free street parking right in front of the house.

The home is close to downtown, Silverlake, Pasadena. And there's lots of fun restaurants and stores nearby in Highland Park and Glassell Park.
