We are renting our beautiful home for half the month of July and all of August. All utilities included.

Very spacious 2 bedroom on two levels with a separate kitchen, living room and dining room, and a private back deck and an absolutely beautiful garden.

The apartment sleeps 5 total.
Bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Queen beds with new mattresses in both bedrooms and an additional pullout bed in one bedroom. Crib if needed and we have lots of kids toys and books.

Desk with large hi-resolution monitor for work in each bedroom.

One full bathroom on the ground floor and 1/2 bathroom on the parlor floor.

There is a new washer/dryer and a new dishwasher. Air conditioning window units only, not central air

Two entrances - ground floor entrance 4 steps down and parlor floor entrance 15 steps up.

We are on a beautiful tree lined block. Lots of restaurants & a park two blocks away. Closest metro stops are the Bedford Nostrand G train and the Franklin Avenue C train.

This is our home we are looking for someone to enjoy it for the summer and take good care of it, we keep it very clean.

There are blackberry and black raspberry bushes in the garden, tomato plants, and other foods and lots of flowers!
