I am renting my sunny large bedroom from August 14 to 22 at $800. It's 20 min to Union Square, one block from the L train Dekalb stop. The first 6 nights you will be alone in the apt, I will arrive after to take the small private room in the front of the apt. The private room for rent has a king size bed, two windows, air conditioning and more. The apt is located on Saint Nicholas Ave - Bushwick, in a beautiful residential area.

There are many restaurants, bodegas, bars, pharmacies, etc. There are two parks close by to walk or exercise. L train is one block away and M Train is a few blocks . Many buses are in close proximity as well.

I have a living room with a big tv with cable and a nice couch in case you want to relax at home.

The last two nights I will be there but away most of the time, I am very respectful and easy going. If you need some tips about the neighborhood or New York, count on me.
