1 Br, 1 Ba, Galley Kitchen, Large Living/Dining area. Good natural light. It has its original wall molding, parquet flooring, and high ceilings. Relatively quiet for New York! The space will come clean, I will clear out some drawers in the refrigerator, bathroom, and dresser for you. I will have a lot of my stuff locked away in a cabinet but there will be plenty of room for your stuff for the month. Keep in mind a 15 lb hypoallergenic poodle lives in this apartment currently! No washer dryer in building but there is a laundry mat 1 block away. Wifi included. Fully furnished and I will supply clean sheets if you'd like.

Some quarks: I am an interior designer and some of my projects are only half done: There are some tiles that I have removed from the kitchen backsplash, making the kitchen a bit unfinished-looking. Bare with me any my renovation!!

The shower takes some time to drain, but I will try and have this fixed before you arrive.

The apartment is right of the 3, 4 Utica stop, a block away from the gorgeous eastern parkway. Easy to get to prospect park, the farmers market, Franklin Ave, Brauer Park. Location: Lincoln Street between Troy and Albany
