The apartment is located in a well maintained building on a 4th floor walk up and very close to the Brooklyn Museum, Eastern Parkway and Prospect Park (a great path for a stroll, bike ride or run).  Bars and restaurants are plenty in the area.  Grocery stores and laundry near by
