We are subletting our duplex two bedroom, two bath duplex with a huge back yard and deck for mid March through mid August, with flexibility on dates (with a minimum of a month). It has a washer dryer, dishwasher, and window a/c’s. Electricity and internet included. There’s a fun coffee shop at the corner, a grocery within a block, and a lovely park for basketball or exercise a block away. The J is a ten minute walk (Gates). Malcolm X Ave has fun restaurants and bars opening all the time! A serene and convenient place to call home this summer!
