Our home is a spacious, light-filled 2-bedroom apartment on the 15th floor of an iconic Lower East Side co-op with spectacular open views, an excellent record collection, and two very sweet cats.

The building has a 24-hour security guard, on-site laundry, and a lovely landscaped courtyard that’s perfect for reading, working outdoors, or a picnic with friends. The newly renovated East River Park is also just a short walk away.

It’s a true oasis in one of NYC's most vibrant neighborhoods for food, culture, and nightlife. Step outside and walk to Essex Market, Metrograph, Clandestino, Abrons Arts Center, and dozens of galleries and restaurants.
