I’m looking for a responsible, quiet, and respectful person to sublet my beautiful one-bedroom apartment while I’m away this summer.

The apartment is available for two separate stretches:

June 16 to June 30
July 13 to August 3

Ideally, I’d love to find someone who is interested in one or both full date ranges, but I can be a little flexible for the right person.

The rent is $900/week, with all utilities included. The apartment also comes with a Roku with access to streaming channels.

Huge amount of closet space
Massive windows with beautiful light, city views on one side and Hudson River views on the other
Comfortable living/dining area, full kitchen, and a peaceful bedroom
A train just a few blocks away, with easy access to Midtown
10-minute walk to the Cloisters and Fort Tryon Park
Easy access to the Hudson River Greenway for biking, walking, and running
Uptown Garrison and Buunni Coffee nearby
A truly excellent Thai spot just a few blocks away

I'm a creative producer and experience designer who works for a non profit doing social impact work.

I have a background in theatre and the arts and love being surrounded by beauty, art, good humans, good stories, and good food. I’m also a photographer and a part-time potter/ceramicist, so you’ll be sipping from my mugs and eating from my bowls 🙂

I feel very fortunate to have found such a gorgeous home that can contain all of this.
