The apartment was fully gutted and renovated 2 years ago and has only been used by us. The apartment is very spacious: 2 bedrooms + open kitchen with dining room, 2 bathrooms, AC in every room (3 units in total), in-unit washer-dryer, dishwasher. It can house up to 4 people (2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed).

We are a couple who have lived in this apartment for 2 years, and it has been our favorite apartment that we’ve shared. We love to cook and bake, so the kitchen is fully outfitted for that.

We will be your main point of contact; however, the building's other tenants are super nice as well. We love our space, and are looking for someone who gives it as much care as we do.
