Beautiful studio apartment available for rent for 3 weeks. The apartment is located in a quiet part of Kreuzberg between Bergmannkiez and Graefekiez, surrounded by so many restaurants, coffee shops, and local shops. 10 minute walk to the canal and a 5 minute walk to Hasenheide, a large park. It's located in a Hinterhof (meaning back house) so it's incredibly serene while also being well located. One minute walk to the U7 and a five minute walk to the M41 stop. Also one minute walk to the nearest Nextbike and Limebike rental. Price includes water expenses, trash, and WiFi. The building is on the 4th floor without an elevator. The neighborhood is very walkable and quiet while still being walkable to nightlife. Some of my favorite bakeries here are Albatross and SoLuna. There is a Saturday market on the street every week from 9AM-3PM. The nearest local grocery store is next door to my apartment and there are two larger grocery stores within a 3 and 5 minute walk. I love it here and am looking for someone who loves the apartment just as much for a few weeks while I'm in the US. It's a historic apartment with some period features and cozy elements.
