This is a large bedroom in a live/work studio. The room is a loft room and has it's own half bathroom. The common space is beautiful, spacious and full of art, has a large shared kitchen and bathroom and a huge shared living area and a work space. You are welcome to use the shared space for your leisure and projects. There is a piano and a projector for movies, both of which you are welcome to use.
Unfortunately, no pets allowed.

About This Lister

I am a visual artist. I use the studio space fairly often when I am in town, but I will be out of the country this summer, will possibly come back at the end of July for a few days and then go away again.
My husband sometimes spends a few days a month the city, but only if it's absolutely necessary, for the most part he is also away. There is another room that is rented to a very nice artist who works in the film industry, he is very quiet and respectful and is usually either at work or in his room.
The neighbors are also great! And very helpful if there is ever a need for anything.
