Hoping to swap (or sublet) our beautiful home!

If swapping, we're looking for a comparable place in Brooklyn. If renting, our prorated rent + $150 cleaning fee is $4200.

We're in Echo Park, right on Elysian Park, which means immediate access to beautiful hiking trails.

Our front garden (complete with hammock and cactus collection) faces the park.

Our main bedroom and living room overlook the city.

We have two bedrooms, with gorgeous sunsets and an al fresco dining and sitting area.

Our house is technically a duplex (neighbors live below, we're friends). We share a front gate but we have separate gardens and separate entrances.

Laundry is downstairs. Cookbook, Canyon Coffee, Bacetti, and other great places are all walking distance. Parking is easy and free.

We also have an old Acura - we'd love to swap cars too, if possible.

We are New Yorkers (TV writer and boom operator) who moved to LA 3 years ago. We're heading back east to spend the holidays with family in Connecticut, which means we may wind up spending very few nights in your place. We just need a home base in Brooklyn, ideally, to return to when we're not in CT. Ideal neighborhoods for us are Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Fort Greene, Bushwick.
