Located 4 blocks from Pratt Campus, on Myrtle Ave. The building's one of those older brick buildings that used to predominate on Myrtle. There are 12 units in the building, tenants diverse in age - from 10 to 85.

Photos of your room were taken over the course of a week, while I was touching up the paint & moving things around after my housemate moved out. Furnished with what you see; I have a larger desk if you'd like.. Those paintings won't stay. Unless you'd like them to.

I would be your roommate - queer man in his 60s, relatively easy going; carpenter & electronic musician/ instrument builder. Starting graduate school at NYU Tisch in the Fall.

I like to keep bathroom/ sink/ stove/ refrigerator clean - but I'm not fussed to make it look like an Ikea showroom. You get an idea from the kitchen photo.

I'm not a vegetarian, so I might cook whatever. I don't drink, but I'm not bothered if you do.

There aren't pets here. Though there was a cat until recently, so if you're super allergic that might be a problem.
