Studio 19, & 21 are brand new, available for immediate move in. Rents start at $840. Floors are concrete, Sheetrock walls. There is a communal bathroom for just these spaces and a kitchen area. We love what we do and respect our building and believe that constant upgrades are important for the future. We have owned the building for over three decades and have always embraced the neighborhood. Most of our artists have been renting for years.
