The house is located in the Hollywood hills, just a 5 minute walk from the renown Beachwood cafe and the century old neighborhood of Hollywood Land. Our area is very walkable with lots of nature around. The house is specifically located at the top of a cul de sac so it is very quite. You will wake up to the sound of birds every morning.

The house comes furnished, has a living room, tiled kitchen, big bedroom, an office den and a beautiful tiled bathroom. But not only that, you also get three beautiful outdoor decks with an outdoor couch chilling area and a table with an amazing bbq for your summer eats. We also have a fire pit! The access to the house involves a few stairs and the driveway is a bit steep but we don’t find it uncomfortable, it’s easy to manage. We have two parking spaces. The house has heating and cooling system as well as a ceiling fan in each room. We also have washing machine and dryer in our unit. The house interior is about 600 feet and the outdoor another 600.

We are a 5 min drive from many restaurants and supermarkets, Griffith park, the Hollywood reservoir and other hiking spots.

We are looking for someone who will take care and love this space and respect it as much as we would love and respect theirs. We are not allowed pets in the space so sorry for animal friends.

About This Lister

We are a couple who recently moved to this location. We will be travelling a lot for the following month so we thought we could rent our space out while we are gone. We both work in film, as a cinematographer and director. We are fully in love with this place. We hope to share it with people who can feel similarly so that it’s an enjoyable experience.
