Office space is conveniently located on Fair Street in the Opera House building. It has two well lit rooms. One room has windows facing the street and the other room has a closet and a skylight. Very good light. Wood floors. Air conditioner unit and two ceiling fans.

The space currently has some furnishings, two blue velvet chairs arm chairs, lamps etc which can stay or be removed.

Located on the 2nd floor with stairs and reliable elevator access.

Bathroom is located on the same floor.

Plenty of parking spaces in the area.

I’m a Reiki practitioner currently getting my masters in Five Element Acupuncture. I’ve had the office for the last two years and loved it. I’m moving to Florida to finish my clinic residency so I have to give it up. The space has been a wonderful place to work with my clients. I’ll miss it here!

I will be showing the space. The onsite manager is Gina Vigna of CB Developers LLC, she is delightful to work with and maintains the lease. She can work with you should you decide to renew the lease.
