There are just four units total in the building, so it's super quiet and easy to work from. It's also located walking distance from the A/C trains and the G train, making it easy to access the rest of Brooklyn and all of Manhattan smoothly :)

All utilities are included in rent!

About my Ideal Tenant: I'm looking for someone who isn't a partier or smoker to occupy the space and for someone who will take care of it like its their own home. Also someone who is communicative about any issues that come up so I can take care of them right away!
