Hi! I'm Alex, a 30-something long time Park Slope resident and leaseholder on the apt. My wife and I work in tech and both have backgrounds in the arts/humanities. We're runners & the apt is close to beautiful Prospect Park, and we've been running there many days a week!

I have lived in the building for 8 years. It's an amazing space for the right tenant -- we're hoping to find someone that appreciates the beauty and charm of the space and is okay without amenities like a dishwasher/dryer (many laundromats close with pickup/drop off available). The neighborhood is great,
we have a nice community feeling in the building -- the landlord and her family live on the first floor, and another other couple lives on the second floor of the 3 unit building. We're all friendly & have a good vibe in the building.

We're looking for a year sublet to start, with a strong possibility of a multi-year sublet -- we're currently abroad, I have a job opportunity with my company and we'd like to spend a a little while closer to family. We love Park Slope and the apartment, the idea is to sublet for a couple years during this chapter abroad.
