I'll be travelling for the summer, but will leave my room fully furnished (desk, bedding, towels, cleared closet space, hangers, etc.)

My roommate (she/hers) is lovely. I don't use that adjective lightly as I've had some...interesting...roommates in NY. She's in her 30s and works in real estate. She is almost always out of the apartment. I've lived here for about a year and she's thrown a party only once, and after letting me know months in advance. She almost never has guests over.

I asked her if she had any requests for potential roommates, and she had none! She's open to gender, age, profession, and personality. She's clean and very kind; I'd recommend living here, just for the opportunity to get to know her!
