Super convenient location right next to the Gates Ave J line (under 5 min walk). And within walking distance of the Central Ave M line (15 minutes). Nice landing spot if you’re just moving to the city. Super convenient if you have to commute into lower manhattan. A lot of local bars and nightlife. Grocery store and Walgreens under 10 min walk. Bedstuy and Ridgewood/Bushwick area both accessible. Citi Bike dock also on our street, super convenient. Recently renovated, stove and microwave are brand new. full built in closet, good size, can be furnished or unfurnished (negotiable). Others rooms are occupied by a teacher, she’s in office everyday and a wfh engineer. Apartment is a 3 bed, 1 bath but your room would not be next to anyone (faces street).
