TWO ROOMS AVAILABLE (One for June sublet, one for one-year lease) in prime Williamsburg three bedroom apartment.
Room 1: (Sublet June 1 - 30, dates flexible on either end) Rent is $1350/month + around $50/month in utilities. The room is small, but has two windows and gets tons of beautiful light. The room will be fully furnished with a desk, full-sized bed, and shelf. There is also a closet and a window AC unit.
Rooms 2: (June 1 2025 - June 30 2026) This (unfurnished) room is one of the larger rooms in the apartment, and easily fits a queen size bed, desk, and clothing rack. There is also a full closet, a large window which provides natural light, and a private entry. You would be subletting for the month of June, and then signing onto the one-year lease starting July 1st. For this room, we are only looking for people interested in signing onto the lease. Rent is $1450/month + utilities
The location is absolutely perfect — we are 2 blocks from the Lorimer L, a five minute walk from the G, and close to numerous buses as well. McCarren Park is a ten minute walk away. The apartment also has a nicely sized living and kitchen area with a window. No dishwasher or laundry in the building.
We have a warm and calm but social apartment. We've got a good amount of friends in the neighborhood, and we love to have them over and host dinners and wine nights on occasion. We also prioritize maintaining a comfortable, peaceful environment (especially on the weekdays) and are very respectful of each other’s space. We like to keep the common spaces very clean and tidy, and are looking for someone who feels the same way

I am a third-year law student at CUNY Law, originally from Portland, OR. I'll be out of town for June studying for the bar, so the room for sublet is mine. You'll be sharing the apartment with M (my best friend from high school) who is in school for social work and myself starting July when I return to NYC.

Room 1: $300 security deposit (returned at the end of the sublet)
Room 2: $1400 security deposit paid to landlord (returned at the end of the lease term. Landlord may also require proof of income and credit check.
