There is a piano in the house along with a beautiful garden that wraps around the whole house making it feel as if you are in a dream garden oasis.
The house is located on a street that leads to a hiking trail.
Although the home feels private, it is only a 5 minute drive to several markets, cafes, along with the metro station.
The duality of having both nature, privacy, and being close to the city make this space ideal.

The space has multiple private entrances to both the bedroom, office space, and living room- sound wise things feel very private.

Essentially I am looking for someone to either sublet or take over the lease as my housemate is moving out and I work and travel a lot however this home is so incredible I want to keep this place amongst friends. Bedroom can be left furnished or unfurnished- up to you. Office space is also flexible in being furnished or unfurnished. Am flexible.

The lease that would be taking over would have access to the entire house- your bedroom is two rooms that are connected.

Cat are allowed. Dogs are not allowed.
