About the Space
This is a cozy, open floor-plan apartment on one level with a kitchen, dining, living area, and office. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and corner windows for plenty of light.
House Rules
Up to 3 guests maximum.
No parties, events, or gatherings.
3-night minimum stay at $250/night. Weekly stays also $250/night.
Rates are for 2 guests; $60/night per extra guest (up to 4 total).
50% deposit at booking, remainder due before arrival.
Guests are responsible for any damages.
Before Booking
I like to connect with guests through a quick FaceTime or Zoom call, a short video intro, or social references before confirming reservations.
Pets Policy
Pet Policy
Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval.
A pet fee of $75 per stay applies (may vary depending on length of stay and number of pets).
Maximum of 1 medium-sized dog or 2 small pets (cats or dogs).
Pets must be house-trained and kept off furniture and beds.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors.
Pets must not be left alone in the apartment for extended periods.
Any damage caused by pets will be the guest’s responsibility.
We love animals and want your furry friends to feel comfortable too—just let us know about your pet when booking!
