I am looking for a person (preferably female) to take over my room in a 3bd/1ba in Bed-Stuy. You'd share the place with only one other roommate, a 30-year-old female who works at a software company. Rent is $1613 monthly + deposit.

This is a 4th floor walk-up, and the place is super quiet. I've loved living here, my roommate is the best. She has a small dog who is very sweet and is almost always kept inside her room. 'm looking for someone interested in buying the furniture in my room for cheap, the rest of the place would be furnished.

There's dishwasher and washer/dryer in building, and I have a small window AC in the room. The building is located right off Utica Av, 4 minute walk away, on the A/C line, next to a bunch of restaurants and coffee shops.

The lease is up June 30th, but I'm looking for someone who would be able to sublet through June then sign onto the lease for the following year. The room could be available as soon as June 1st or June 15th and I'm happy to prorate the rent for the rest of that month.

We've kept a very chill household, we sometimes have friends over but very rarely. We clean regularly and buy flowers and make our space feel like home. And I'd like to find someone, in their late twenties to early thirties, who is seeking a similar vibe. My roommate is truly the best, I'm only moving because of work-related stuff, but I'm trying to find the best fit for the apt.
