The entire apartment also has very large windows that have a totally unobstructed view outside, so much sunlight!

Steps away from the L train, a couple blocks to the M. The apartment has a dishwasher, big clean bathroom, lots of storage overall, a dedicated little dining area. The building has an elevator, gym, a rooftop, free laundry in the basement. Everyone is nice in the building.
