I'm looking to find a roommate for the remainder of my lease (starting July 1 through December 31st) in my furnished 3 bed, 2.5 bathroom apartment with large backyard and downstairs space in Greenpoint. Just furniture for your room will be needed.
Rent would include your own room and bathroom. Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, office and large downstairs room, which is currently used as a large walk-in closet/storage space. The backyard is shared with one next door neighbor. Utilities and wifi not included in rent and will be split.
Amenities include a dishwasher, W/D in building located right outside of the downstairs space, and a small gym in building.
*ALTERNATE SHORT TERM RENTAL OPTION* of July 1 - August 31. Room can be furnished if needed.
About This Lister
You would share the space with me (30F) and my two lovely cats, so animal lovers are preferred. I'm a clean and respectful roommate and am looking for someone similar. I work from home Mondays and am in the office for much of the remainder of the work week. Week nights I'm usually climbing or hanging out at the apartment cooking, reading or watching shows. Weekends I'm typically out exploring the neighborhood, restaurants, and going to live music shows/events.

Deposit equivalent to one month's rent ($2088)
You would be added on to the official lease, so the typical documents and credit check will be required by the landlord
I'm typically available to show the space weekdays from 5-8 pm or weekend afternoons. Also happy to facetime for a quick showing.
