Lease is through 11/26, for someone who wants to stay at least through the summer but hopefully for a full lease takeover. Price for the room is $1100, utilities an extra $50-$100 depending on the season.

About your roommates- 3 guys in their mid-late 20s. 1 creative working in film and currently in film school, 1 teacher, and 1 WFH in marketing. Social guys who enjoy spending time together but are very respectful of boundaries and personal space. Big plus if you’re a sports and Madden fan.

East Flatbush has a lot of great food options, especially Caribbean. Apartment is super close to Brooklyn college as well as a shopping complex with a Target and Aldi within walking distance.
