Spacious and bright 3-bedroom, 2-bath duplex apartment in the heart of Bushwick. The unit spans two floors and includes two balconies and access to a private rooftop terrace — perfect for relaxing or hosting friends. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a cozy open-plan living and dining area with great natural light.

We’re currently looking to fill one upstairs bedroom. The room is approximately 8.5’ x 11’, fits a full or queen bed, and has two clothing racks (no built-in closet). There also is a comfortable lounge area right outside the room, that connects to the private terrace. You’ll share a bathroom with one other roommate, and there’s a second bathroom downstairs also available for guests and shared use.

Rent is $1,450/month, plus electricity and WiFi (averaging around $100/month). There’s laundry in the building and we’re just a short walk to the M and L trains, María Hernandez Park, and tons of bars, cafés, and music venues.

The apartment is not pet-free — we live with a very chill bearded dragon named Consuelo 🦎. We’re open to small, calm pets (dogs or others) on a case-by-case basis.

Hi! You’d be living with two friendly and easygoing women in our late 20s who both work full-time in the hospitality industry, mostly during the daytime. I’m a pastry chef, and Skarlet also works in the industry. We value a peaceful, clean, and respectful home to unwind in after long shifts.

I’m passionate about food (of course!), plants, live music, reading, and spending time outdoors. Skarlet brings creative, grounded energy to the space. We’re both queer and looking for a third roommate who’s kind, communicative, and independent, but also open to the occasional shared dinner or casual terrace hang.

We don’t work from home and would prefer someone who doesn’t either. While we’re open to occasional gatherings, we prioritize a home that respects each other’s space, sleep, and downtime.
