The room is part of a 2bed / 2 bath apartment. It's on the parlor level of a brownstone on a quiet, historically landmarked block in Northwest Bed Stuy at the border with Clinton Hill and South Williamsburg, between Bedford-Nostrand and Myrtle-Willoughby G trains (6 min walk to either one). It takes about 20-25 minutes to get to Union Square in the city.

Great location if you're interested in checking out Brooklyn, as the G train brings you to a lot of different areas in the borough.

Very comfortable queen size bed. Very large closet space. Plenty of natural light in the whole apartment.

Large desk area and set up, great if you work remotely. Fast wifi, and ethernet connection available at desk.

Laundry in unit! And dishwasher as well. We have pretty much anything you'd need in the kitchen, including an air frier, toaster oven, conventional electric stove/oven, pots, pans etc.

The common space is quite large, and we have an Apple TV with access to pretty much all the streaming services, and you're very welcome to hang out there and make yourself at home. We have a very chill and cozy vibe going on in the apartment.

The other bedroom is my friend's, who has a mirror image set up in his room. He works from home at his desk in there. He's a very kind 39 year old who has been living in the neighborhood for years and can give you all sorts of tips.

There is a terrific grocery store right at the end of the block, 2 minutes walk. Herbert Von King Park is about an 8 minute walk away. Very short walk to all sorts of lovely cafes, bars, restaurants and such.

My roommate has a very sweet cat, who is a blue russian. For people who have allergies, he seems to trigger them less than usual cats.
