Relax in this bright, peaceful room in Crown Heights (bordering BedStuy), just a 6-minute walk from Kingston-Throop station on the C line.

Enjoy the cold months in this beautifully decorated bedroom. It features a full-sized bed, desk, a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a big TV (not pictured). You’ll be in control of the room temperature through Nest and enjoy a luxurious private marble bathroom, with a large bathtub and heated floor. The room is on the 3rd floor of the house, offering even more privacy.

We are a friendly Brazilian family of four. You’ll share the townhouse with me, my husband, our two kids, Julian (6) and Olivia (4), and two lovely long-term roommates, Renata (an architect) and Jenna (a professional artist).

Our home is always filled with joy, good energy, and lots of fun from the kids!

We’re seeking to host working professional women (sorry, guys) or students who are not full-time remote workers.

As a full-time mom, I'm often in the kitchen. Cooking is my therapy, my safe space, and my joy. That's why we prefer guests who don't cook much.

The rent is $2000 per month, with all utilities included. We are open to renting for just one month or for four months. There is also the possibility of extending the stay.
A security deposit of $1000 is required.

I'm a hat designer and painter with a Fine Arts education, and I am currently dedicating my time to raising my lovely children. My husband is a former SVA graduate. He works for Ralph Lauren and has a few personal projects. Our kids will probably have boring jobs in the future just to trick us!
